The most important features of the interior for the S-Camper: Kitchen and Sleeping
A kitchen in a minibus? At first glance, the idea may sound a little strange. However, Sortimo Walter Rüegg has found ways and means of integrating this element safely and securely into an S-Camper. The camping kitchen is usually located at the rear of the vehicle, i.e. in the boot. It is located in a Camping Box from EGOÉwhich can be pulled out with heavy-duty pull-outs. When fully extended, chairs can be arranged around a small table with worktop and washbasin.
More space by sleeping in the pop-up roof
For more space, Sortimo Walter Rüegg AG can, if required, add a roomy Pop-up roof e.g. from SCA retrofit. The actual vehicle roof is cut out and supplemented with a permanently installed sleeping roof. After travelling to a suitable location, the roof is raised and there is immediately more space in the interior. Passengers can sit up completely inside the vehicle and move around freely. The built-in reclining device and mattress are very comfortable and ensure a restful night's sleep. The thermal insulation of the pop-top roof is excellent and, in combination with the auxiliary air heating, you can spend whole nights in it even when the outside temperature is cool. You can also look out into the distance through the panoramic opening or enjoy the view of the starry sky.
Full flexibility in the interior
Additional features can be added on request. Seat heating is a particularly popular choice. Many of the seats can be selected with a swivelling base. This allows them to be positioned as desired. For warmth at night
the parking heater. It is powered by a total of two 80 Ah batteries. The air vent with air conditioning function and the blackout system for the driver's cab and passenger compartment also ensure a good night's sleep.

Nowadays, in order to be able to travel truly independently, the Power supply an important issue. One option to ensure this is to take along extensive battery systems.
