Various pull-outs allow you to create a practical kitchen in the rear of your vehicle. The bed with the grill is easy to assemble and dismantle thanks to an ingenious system.

Mattresses and grates have been designed in several variants depending on the type of vehicle. They are easy to handle and fit in a large number of vehicles. The mattress and grate are laid out in a few seconds like a fanfold, with the possibility of self-supporting.
The 6 cm high multi-layer mattress offers above-average comfort in its category. The core is made of two sandwiches of PUR materials with sheep fleece, the mattress is covered with high-quality cover fabric. The underside forms an easily washable anti-slip material, thanks to which the mattress holds well on the grid and can be placed on grass, for example.
Nestbag fabric bags offer extra storage space. Window pockets can be easily removed and used independently, for example as an extra bag on a longer trip. The top pocket also extends the storage possibilities of the interior and is particularly suitable for clothes.

Yes, you can fit a nest box or nest board yourself. For soft vehicle floors, we recommend fitting a base plate. The installations can be lashed down in almost any type of vehicle. Only 4 anchoring points in the boot are necessary. The straps are certified and each of them is tested for a load of 220 kg.
The set consists of the body, the water module, the cooking module, a space primarily intended for the cool box and the bed (grate support, grate and comfortable antibacterial mattress). The bed base has side extensions with a correspondingly adapted mattress. The entire width of the vehicle is thus used for sleeping, extending the sleeping space by 15 cm on each side compared to the body.
The basis of all models of a nest box is a steel skeleton, which makes the installation firm and stable. All steel elements have an anti-corrosion coating and are painted with polyester powder paints. The synergy achieved by this combination ensures a significantly increased longevity. The birch plywood is attached to the steel skeleton of the body. It not only makes the nest box stable, but also ensures that the shape is secured. The plywood has an HPL coating on the work surfaces and on the front of the built-in unit to increase the durability of these parts. The remaining surfaces are finished with melamine or a brown water-resistant plywood with a hexa pattern.

The base is a corpus with space for the cooking and water module, a cool box or cool bag and removable drawers. The body consists of steel profiles, birch plywood with HPL and melamine coating, stainless steel connecting elements and the outdoor fabric Batyline.
